Natalie Kongmany Sanchez – Founder & Agent

Natalie Kongmany Sanchez is the founder of North Coast Elite Realty and a real estate professional assisting buyers and investors across the Dominican Republic’s North Coast. An expat who began traveling between Canada and the Dominican Republic in August 2019, Natalie made the decision to permanently relocate and establish her life in the Dominican Republic in 2022.

With over 22 years of professional experience in structured, high-responsibility environments, Natalie brings organization, strategic thinking, and a strong client-focused approach to real estate. After leaving a long-standing career in hospital and healthcare operations, she intentionally built a location-independent career combining online business and real estate.

Natalie works closely with international buyers to provide clarity, guidance, and access to trusted local expertise, helping clients align real estate decisions with long-term goals related to lifestyle, financial growth, and personal freedom.
